A native Canadian, Primo traveled to West Virginia to play for Huntington Prep. He returned to Toronto in 2020 and graduated from high school a year early. Recruited heavily by Alabama, his basketball dreams led him back to the United States. His single year in Alabama provided the launching pad he needed to hone his skills for the NBA.
The San Antonio Spurs added firepower by rebuilding their roster during the first week of the free agency period. Doug McDermott, Zach Collins, and Jock Landale signed contracts with the Silver and Black. Jock Landale is an Australia native who will be wearing the silver and black for at least two years. Spurs fans will recognize Bryn Forbes as a familiar face. The Michigan native is slated to return from Milwaukee. He earned his Championship ring in 2021 in the 2021 NBA Finals. His experience will add depth back to the Spurs’ lineup.

Spurs added firepower will make them a threat at every outing

Returning player Drew Eubanks worked with Chip Engelland during the offseason to increase his firepower. Eubanks focused on perfecting the catch-and-shoot three pointer. According to a KENS 5 article by Garcia, “I’ve been able to get more arch on it and be way more consistent, especially from three,” Eubanks said.
The Spurs have work ahead of them to make them worthy of Championship contention. The added firepower will make them a threat at every outing. The three-point marksmen could make a difference in the outcome of the games.
